Congratulations to Terry and Mary Cox & SnoValley Collies

Pretty amazing day for us at the Collie Club of America Specialty 2018, our Melody, SnoValley Tell Me All About placed 2nd in a beautiful group of 20 other 9 – 12 month old AOC bitches under the respected Judge Dan Cordoza. She was beautifully presented by the talented Nick Joines to this very special win!

And then I was totally surprised to discover (evidently most everyone else knew about it except me….Elena is very sneaky), that Beau, SnoValley Livin the Dream was entered in the Open Blue class! He looked beautiful and placed 4th in the class! This was awarded to him by the respected Judge Joe Reno. Beau was handled beautifully by Joel McCarty, also a very talented guy! A huge and special thank you (and hug) to Elena for being such an amazing friend and arranging for Beau to be there today…I haven’t seen him since he was a pup!

Congratulations to Corrine Boon and Encore Collies

Encore Collies was named Smooth Collie Breeder of the Year at the 2018 Collie Club of America Nationals.
I am very humbled by this honor. We all love our breed, both rough and smooth, together we are keeping this heritage breed healthy and beautiful. It has been my long belief that mentorship is the key to our future. I need to thank all the wonderful puppy homes that have showed our dogs to their championship and performance titles. They have also joined me in our commitment to heath test our dogs. The friendships I have made throughout the years have brought me so much joy and encouragement.

Corrine Boon, Encore Collies
